Human nature toolbox
We're complex creatures and human behaviour can be swayed by a whole range of psychological quirks. I've started working through some of these idiosyncrasies and applying them to inbound marketing lead generation, just for kicks!
Things like perception of scarcity, herd effect, reciprocation and personalisation, all lend themselves to suggesting techniques for marketing funnel optimisation. It'd be interesting to map the two together.
